High compensation ($500–550K+) plus employer-funded retirement and paid malpractice. BC/BE Gastroenterologist, permanent, 75% outpatient/25% inpatient, 1:3 call (≤10/month). Location: South Carolina, ~1 hour from Columbia. Practice: busy group with 2 GI docs, 2 NPs; endoscopy lab and office adjacent; EMR Epic. - Board certification or eligibility (BC/BE GI) - ERCP and EUS procedure experience - Active medical license (or eligibility) in SC - Experience with high-volume outpatient/inpatient GI practice
