Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia care primarily in outpatient cosmetic surgery centers, requiring advanced degrees and state licensure. The role involves autonomous management of anesthesia in ambulatory settings with emphasis on airway management and sedation techniques. Preferred candidates have experience in cosmetic surgery anesthesia and familiarity with outpatient surgical standards.

Full-Time Positions
Salaried - Competitive (Numbers to be discussed directly with employer)
Outpatient cosmetic surgery centers.
Normal hours with limited on-call requirements (customizable).
Qualifications
Required
- Current and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of practice.
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Minimum 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (cosmetic or ambulatory surgery preferred).
Current certifications:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (optional based on practice population).
- Strong airway management skills.
- Ability to function autonomously in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
Preferred
- Experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery anesthesia.
- Experience with TIVA, MAC sedation, and rapid-recovery anesthesia protocols.
- Familiarity with outpatient surgical center standards (AAAHC/Joint Commission).
