• Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Every other holiday, every third weekend
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1960 - $2100
• On-Site Position

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required for Massachusetts travel nursing jobs)
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
