This role involves providing primary, secondary, and tertiary outpatient care to a diverse patient population, averaging up to 25 patients daily through a mix of telehealth and in-person visits. The position requires a licensed physician in Alabama with the ability to work Monday to Friday without on-call, weekend, or holiday duties. The physician will work within a multidisciplinary team and utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Nexgen.
