• Team-Based Care: Join a collegial group of oncologists and APPs with shared coverage and support
• Balanced Call Model: 1:6 weekday phone-only call, 1:4 weekend mornings, with option to practice at sites without weekend coverage
• Flexible Practice: Patient volumes tailored to your preferences - maintain a comfortable schedule or increase volumes if desired
• Generous Time Off: 33 days PTO, 11 holidays, plus 1 week CME with $4K allowance; malpractice coverage with tail included

• Fellowship-trained and board-certified/board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Licensed or license-eligible in Kentucky
• Comfortable working across both inpatient and outpatient cancer care
