Now Hiring: Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg Float Pool
Location: Utica, NY
Schedule: 13 Weeks, Day Shift (7a – 730p); Must work 2 major and 1 minor holiday
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care across various units, filling staffing gaps by assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, and creating and implementing care plans
• Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.
• Can be floated to any unit within the hospital, except for Psych and ED, unless to manage holds
• Must be flexible and adaptable, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting patient information
Qualifications:
• Active RN NY State license
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required in Med Surg
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications are required
• EPIC experience required
