Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven Lead BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Colorado Springs and Aurora, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:
$120.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
Must live in CO
