Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our supportive environment where patients and staff are valued.
- Monday-Friday with flexibility during daytime hours, on-call as assigned
- Coverage area for this position will be Leavenworth and Douglas County and parts of Kansas City, Kansas
- Ability to work one on one with patients
- Work autonomously as a RN
- Performs nursing assessments in the patients' home
- Utilizes full scope of nursing skills, including wound and ostomy care, PICC line care, chronic care education and medication reviews
- Coordinates patients' care - consulting other disciplines of the health care team
- Individualizes patient care plans and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate
- Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care
- Missouri and Kansas RN License Required
