Our job summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, focusing on empowering learners and supporting their developmental goals. The role involves direct client service, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while offering competitive pay and benefits. Candidates must hold an active RBT credential, pass background checks, and demonstrate empathy and dedication to quality ABA intervention.

What you'll need to be successful:

RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
