This is a full-time position for a board-certified family medicine physician in a Colorado mountain town, offering traditional family care to privately insured, Medicare, and Medicaid patients. The role includes flexible scheduling with on-call and weekend rotations, seeing 15-20 patients daily, and no hospital rounding or privileges. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually with full benefits, CME support, and a path to practice ownership.
We are seeking a family medicine physician for a permanent position in a Colorado mountain town in the Rocky Mountains.
This is a full-time permanent position for a Colorado licensed and board-certified physician in a town located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. (This is not a part-time opportunity or suitable for a candidate who wants to be semi-retired.)
This position pays between $180,000 - $220,000/year W2 based on the physician's workload. Health insurance is provided and is fully paid by the employer. There is also a 401k retirement plan, life insurance, short-term/long-term disability, paid malpractice, and a path to practice ownership. The practice pays for physicians to maintain their CMEs online. The practice offers scheduling flexibility with providers rotating through weekly on-call and bi-monthly weekend rotations.
Each physician typically sees 15 - 20 patients daily including primary care, walk-ins, and same-day appointments. These are privately insured, Medicare, and Medicaid patients. They will be providing traditional family care and employment physicals if certified. There is no rounding at the hospital or hospital privileges.
