Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 $150,000 annually (dependent on experience)

Who We re Looking For
We re seeking a compassionate and confident advanced practice provider with a background in primary care and a commitment to community health. You re team-oriented, proactive in your clinical approach, and comfortable managing patients across the lifespan. Experience in family medicine is preferred, though highly qualified new graduates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive and focused visits, including annual physicals and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and administrative staff
- Document all clinical encounters in the EHR with scribe support
- Manage a patient panel of approximately patients per day to ensure quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate of an accredited NP program
- Current DEA registration
- Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
- Clean professional record with no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
