Position Details

• Full-time, onsite (Monday"Friday)

• Outpatient only " no inpatient duties

• $100K"$120K signing bonus (select applicants)

• Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages

• Manage chronic conditions, wellness exams, and same-day visits

• Collaborate within an integrated care team and refer to specialists as needed

• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities

Qualifications

• MD or DO with California license and DEA registration

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• BLS certification; 3"5 years experience or completion of residency

• Spanish language skills a plus; EPIC experience preferred
