What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies while responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
• Monitor access points and observe the surroundings to identify and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Document incidents and complete required reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs or concerns specific to the aerospace and defense environment.
• Assist with guiding visitors and employees as needed, providing directions and support in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
