Join a seven-physician private Pulmonary/Critical Care group with partnership track and flexible scheduling. BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician — mix of inpatient pulmonary, ICU critical care and outpatient clinic in Houston area, TX. Permanent position; hospital inpatient census ~20; one weekday phone call; every 4th weekend; start base salary $350K + productivity; sleep center and strong interventional pulmonary service; partnership track after 2 years. - Must be BE/BC in Pulmonary/Critical Care
- Active TX medical license (or ability to obtain)
- ICU and inpatient pulmonary experience
- Eligibility for hospital privileges
- Team-oriented; comfortable with sleep and interventional pulmonary offerings
Full description
--Opening for a BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join private group
--Practice is made up of 7 full time pulmonary/critical care physicians and four ICU nurse practitionners.
--Position will be mix of Inpatient Pulmonary service, Critical Care and Pulmonary Clinic.
--Inpatient work wil be done at one hospital, with patient census averaging 20
--Call is one day during the week (by phone)
--Weekend coverage is every fourth weekend
--Flexible scheduling available
--Group owns a busy sleep center and sleep work is available but not required
--Interventional pulmonary service is strong.
--Partnership track after two years is available and encouraged.
--Position will begin with base salary of $350K with productivity bonus.
