The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment, managing diverse primary care cases for adult patients 18 and older. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and maintaining accurate medical records while seeing approximately 20 patients per day. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating Saturday coverage and one evening shift until 7:30 PM weekly, participating in flexible call coverage approximately once every four weeks. Collaboration with dedicated medical assistants, registered nurses, and physicians on staff ensures quality healthcare delivery within the FQHC framework.
