- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Travel nurse contract)
- Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with float to Telemetry as needed
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
- Start Date: September 29, 2025
- End Date: December 28, 2025
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470–$1570
- Active and unencumbered RN license in Illinois
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination and boosters preferred
- Ability to float between ICU and Telemetry units as needed
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Provide direct clinical care to critically ill patients within the scope of RN practice
- Educate patients and families, and supervise other nursing staff
- Maintain high standards of care in both ICU and Telemetry settings
- Communicate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team regarding patient status, hemodynamic monitoring, and diagnostic results
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and treatment needs
- Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
