Position: Full-Time Family Physician
Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, relationship-centered family physician to join our team at a new health center in Machesney Park, IL, in partnership with the Harlem Co. School District. We are looking for a primary care physician to lead our team, providing high-quality care to employees and their families.
Position Details:
- Patient Population: Employees and families of all ages, with a focus on acute and primary care, emphasizing preventive medicine
- Care Team: MD, Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a proposed schedule as follows:
- Monday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (4 hours)
- No nights, no call, and no weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $240,000 $275,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and FTE)

Selling Points:
- Average of 8-14 patients per day

- Annual Visits: 60 minutes
Follow-Up Visits: 30 minutes
Job Requirements:
- Education: MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- Skills: Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control (a plus)
- Experience: Procedure experience (a plus)
