- Plan,organize,andoverseeallfacetsoftheHumanResourcesdepartmenttoensureequitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assumeresponsibilityforfosteringaninclusiveandproductiveworkenvironmentand culture.

- Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Aminimumof3-5yearsofHumanResourcesManagementexperience,preferablyin healthcare.
- ProfessionalinHumanResources(PHR)and/orSPHRcertificationis preferred.
