We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Coastal Family Health Center in Astoria, OR!
Who we are looking for:
- An experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
- A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
Position Details:
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Position Highlights:
- Base compensation $132k - $144k annually. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
- $15,000 Hiring Bonus
- $20k Relocation Allowance
- $1,500 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($18.000 total)
- $25,000 annual geographical pay
- $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
