Join a dedicated care team providing primary care to employees of local companies at an onsite health center. This is a locum tenens opportunity.

Key Details:

• Setting: Employee wellness and primary care
• Patient Volume: 7 10 patients per day
• Ages Seen: 2+
• Travel: Mileage and lodging is covered
• Support: Collaborative team including physician and nursing staff
• Interview: Virtual with Medical Director

Requirements:

• Active IL license
• Board Certification ABFM
• Active BLS and DEA
• Minimum 2 year of primary care experience
