? Requirements & Experience:

• Active AZ Pharmacy License
• ACLS & BLS
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Must be comfortable attending Code Blues and providing recommendations
• Must answer medication-related questions from physicians/nurses and complete consults
• Cerner experience required
• Omnicell experience required
• At least 1 year of recent hospital experience required
• Preferred: Board Certification and/or accredited Pharmacy Residency
