A non-profit healthcare organization in Connecticut seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngology Physician to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for ENT conditions in a collaborative clinical setting. The role includes patient diagnosis, treatment planning, on-call duties, and mentoring residents while ensuring high-quality, patient-focused care. Position Highlights
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions related to the ears, nose, and throat in an office-based setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage ENT-related infections, diseases, and disorders
Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and interpret diagnostic results
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with other specialists and departments to ensure coordinated patient care
Participate in on-call rotation with ENT providers at the affiliated hospital
Supervise and mentor residents, medical students, and clinical staff
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and billing practices

Candidate Requirements
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology (ENT) residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate
