Schedule & Shift Details:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (unpaid 1-hour lunch)

• 2 clinic days per week and 3 surgery days per week

• No call coverage

Position Overview:This Urology locums role includes a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities with strong APP support in clinic. Admissions are required. Facility can accommodate multiple providers.

Daily Breakdown / Responsibilities:

• 25-30 patients per shift

• Surgical days and clinic days split weekly

Facility Details:

• 10-bed facility

• Hospital Stroke Certified

• Trauma Level I / V

• EMR: UHS Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Urology (required)

• Active Arizona License required; IMLC accepted

• Fellowship preferred

• ACLS required
