Academic setting with resident and fellow interaction
Optional call (weekdays and weekends)
Practice Setting
Mix of inpatient and outpatient at a major academic center
Epic EMR and Viewpoint for ultrasound
Supported by NPs, sonographers, and hospital staff
Schedule
Inpatient rounds start at 7a, clinic or ultrasound in the afternoon
Clinic hours: 8a-5p
Weekend and night call is completely optional
Cases and Procedures
High-risk OB: diabetes, preeclampsia, hypertension, cardiac in pregnancy
Cerclage and CVS preferred, not required
No OB deliveries
Requirements
Board Certified in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
Active New York license
BLS, DEA, NRP, and PALS required
Travel Accommodations
Flights, rental car, hotel, and mileage all reimbursed
