Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient setting, covering both outpatient and swing/inpatient patients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Hospital-based outpatient therapy unit with coverage for swing bed and inpatient patients as needed
- Average caseload of 8 patients per day
- Uses ReDoc for outpatient documentation and Meditech Expanse for inpatient and swing bed charting
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in outpatient, swing bed, and inpatient settings as needed
- Position may require flexibility to assist in different therapy settings within the hospital
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Experience working in hospital-based outpatient settings preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech Expanse and ReDoc is beneficial
