Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff members
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
1+ years of experience in ABA or a related field
RBT certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Compensation:
$23 - $27 hourly
