Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates for a healthcare role requiring a variety of personal health history and professional certifications. This role demands adherence to strict health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all personnel.
Responsibilities
- Verify and maintain necessary licenses and certifications for entry and onboarding.
- Conduct and document required health screenings and vaccinations.
- Ensure compliance with Prime Core Competencies and Skills Checklist.
- Complete criminal background checks and education verification.
- Participate in orientation training and align with job expectations.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Driver's License/State ID.
- Current COVID-19 vaccination status.
- MMR and Influenza vaccines.
- Completed TB testing and Fit Test.
- Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Completion of a physical/health statement.
- Participation in a Prime Drug Screening.
- Passed Prime Color-blind test.
- Completion of necessary professional documentation such as resume and references.
