• Department Description: general neuro consulting service (will be primary responder to stroke service and run service don t have to have vascular but need to have recent stroke due to running stroke service.
• Patient Volume: 20 per day and can fluctuate
• Patient Age Group: adults
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
