Duties include managing a patient census of 20+ with ICU and step-down patients, collaborating with subspecialists in surgery and obstetrics as needed. Board certification and COVID vaccination are required, with optional procedural practice supported by surgical and anesthesia staff.

Must be Board Certified
• Subspecialty support available? Yes, General Surgery, OBGYN, & Orthopedic surgery can assist if needed
• Patient census: 20+
• What are the required procedures? Not required. But if interested you have the ability to do them yourself.
The general surgeons and CRNAs can place lines, intubate, and do procedures
• Open/Closed ICU? Open. There is no intensivist. Hospitalist manages these patients.
