Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:
- Spend time with customers to determine their preferences and discuss options for their perfect vehicle
- Commit to becoming an expert on the brand and technology as well as being well versed in the competition
- Present purchasing options in a clear and concise manner
- Follow up promptly with prospects; return phone calls and emails
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and to generate leads
- Meet monthly sales benchmarks
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with our Company’s Values
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements – Sales Consultant:
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you have Sales experience in any field, whether in Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Electronics, or Retail Sales, we would like to hear from you!
- Self-disciplined and organized
- Attention to detail; ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Steady work history and commitment to a long-term work relationship
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- A positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
