Nurse Practitioner Primary Float in Delray Beach, FL
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to join our primary float team in Delray Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be able to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients on managing their health conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida (or willing to get)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
