Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00 This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24-hour call, Labor & Delivery, surgical cases, and inpatient consults. Practice Setting: Nursery Level I Types of Cases: Low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, ultrasounds, fetal heart rate interpretation, Routine vaginal delivery, low forceps, decision-making for Cesarean section, Complicated deliveries Cesarean section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology Open procedures, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, andOperative/major procedures. Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Expanse Certifications Required: Truly Board Certified or Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) , Drug Enforcement Administration, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Licensure Required: Active Ohio license Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
