Key Job Details – OR RN Travel Nursing Opportunity

• Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27157 (North Carolina healthcare jobs)
• Facility: Outpatient Surgery Center (32 licensed beds, teaching hospital affiliation)
• Assignment Duration: 17 weeks (Start: 9/15/2025 – End: 1/10/2026)
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 4 days/week (0630–1700), possible late days
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: No weekends, no call, no holidays
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630–$1750
• Scrub Color: Mint Green (provided)
• Parking: Free on-site parking

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (North Carolina or compact state)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room (OR RN) experience
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Proficient in surgical case types: Orthopedics, DaVinci Robotics, Sports Medicine, ENT, Plastics, General Surgery, and Urology
• CNOR certification preferred
• First-time travel nurses not accepted

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care for a variety of surgical specialties including orthopedics, robotics, sports medicine, ENT, plastics, general, and urology
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate clinical documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team: charge RNs, peer RNs, CNAs, CRNAs, surgeons, and APPs
• Promote a safety-focused, inclusive, and teamwork-driven department culture
• Participate in comprehensive orientation and ongoing departmental training
