Join TeamHealth's growing post-acute care team in the Knoxville, Tennessee, area. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee quality compassionate care as medical director by rounding on adults at skilled nursing facilities.

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $297,809 to $337,091 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Target rounding for the position is 4 days per week. This is full-time, benefits-eligible position that includes access to our Medical Directorship Leadership Academy. The Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA) will position you for success in quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with the facility leadership as a valued partner of the team. We ask that you be board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with an active Tennessee license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is a plus, but it is not required.
