Restaurant and Bar Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Prior restaurant management or assistant general management experience with an independent group
- Focus on guest experience, staff training, and bar operations
- Familiarity with POS, seating, and reservations systems
- High energy, life of the party mindset, and strong culture of hospitality
Restaurant and Bar Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and training front-of-house team members
- Act as a strong floor presence, directing service and supporting staff during peak shifts
- Partner with the General Manager on cost control, inventory, and administrative tasks
- Handle guest concerns, ensure recovery, and uphold service standards
