Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state (required for travel nurse jobs)
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (ACLS certification preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
