Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Williamsburg, VA. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EMR
- Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinic standards
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Virginia PT license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Outpatient experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
