Job Details:

• Schedule options: 4 ten-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or 3 twelve-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• 1-2 call shifts per week (Monday-Thursday) starting after your shift until 7:00 AM the next morning
• 30-minute callback response time required
• 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks starting at end of shift Friday until 7:00 AM Monday
• No scheduled weekend shifts (call only)
• Holiday coverage on call basis per department need
• No guaranteed block scheduling
• Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Neuro, trauma, orthopedic, and robotics experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC experience required
• Must function independently in neurosurgery
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Pre-screen and manager interview required
• Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted
• Modules completed pre-start (5-6 hours, billable)
• 50-mile local radius policy applies

The facility maintains a daily census of 50-60 patients and offers extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and specialized interpretation services.
