Customer Service Advisor

Opportunity to join a growing auto service team with customer-focused culture and hourly pay. Customer Service Advisor, full-time day shifts in Buda, TX. Hourly $17–$18. Permanent role supporting front-line calls, parts/order tracking, invoicing, and follow-up. - High school diploma/GED required - Strong interpersonal, communication and active listening skills - Experience in customer service or call handling - Ability to manage parts/invoice records and basic office tasks

Responsibilities:

• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

• Help keep track of parts inventory, orders and returns. Keep invoices filed and organized daily.

Qualifications:

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
