Pediatrician Northeast Oregon

• Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team
• Salary: $305,000+ includes quality incentives up to $30k annually, RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Commencement bonus of $40,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Join five Physicians and two allied health professionals in practice
• Four 10-hour days per week
• 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
• See an average 15-20 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
• Population: 35,000
