The Cardiology Physician will join a well-established group of cardiologists at Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group, providing both interventional and non-invasive cardiac care. This full-time employed role involves managing patient demand with advanced diagnostic tools and procedures at a newly built facility featuring state-of-the-art Cath Labs. Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is recruiting a BE/BC Cardiologist to join an established and busy practice of eight (8) Cardiologists and six (6) APPs. This is an exceptional growth opportunity for an experienced physician or recent graduate to join the market predominant group within a newly constructed facility with plans for further future expansion.

Hospital consult service to include weekend rotation.

14,000 sq. ft. office space built in 2021 with state-of- the-art equipment for echocardiography and stress testing. The office also supports MUGA scans and a Coumadin and Pacemaker Clinic.
The Hospital is equipped with two (2) newstate-of-the-art Cath Labs, fully staffed and able to accommodate current and projected volumes.

Practice specialization includes:

Non-Invasive Imaging: Stress (Nuclear/Echo), Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography, Holter/Event/EKG, and Carotid.
Interventional Cardiology: Cardiac catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, Mechanical circulatory support devices, Peripheral Vascular Interventions, Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices, Endovascular thrombectomy

Opened in 2021, SMH-VeniceHospital is located on a 65-acre campus and features a 365,000-square-foot, 3-story hospital currently licensed for 212 private patient suites, a 61-bed emergency care center, and 8 surgical suites.
