Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active State Physical Therapy license in the state of practice is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum one recent outpatient travel assignment or experience as an outpatient Physical Therapist is required.
- Experience with common outpatient equipment and procedures such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities preferred.

- Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the regional network when needed.
