Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-week Emergency Department position working day shifts with a NH or compact RN license required.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital
- Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 12-week contract assignment
- Duties include delivering acute care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Teamwork and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential
- Requires documentation of application, full SSN with DOB, skills checklist, references, and nursing license verification
- Applicants with Canadian SSNs are not eligible
Requirements
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent ER nursing experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS and ACLS certifications with no expiration within 30 days of start
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or accepted equivalents per facility policy
- No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
