RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• No float requirements
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Current RN licensure in Arkansas required
• BLS certification preferred
• Must be willing to precept students
• Utilize nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality standards
• Work with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Dress code requires black scrubs with no open-toe shoes
• Must demonstrate upbeat and hard-working personality
• Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards
