Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/ Geriatrics Physician to join 32 providers in a well-established practice offering 12 specialties and subspecialties This position offers 2 days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required Employed position joining an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team Multispecialty Clinic offers a full range of healthcare services to include primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties EMR EPIC Clinic is adjacent to the Hospital Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include Student Loan Repayment, Residency Stipend, Annual CME Stipend, Relocation, Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/ 457b, Medical, Dental & Vision, Disability & Life Insurance
