We are in search of a Catering Events Manager for an industry-leading Best in Class Catering Company located in Northern IL. The position will be responsible for the execution of all off-site Banquets, Catering, and deliveries while working closely with the Event Operations Manager and ownership

Catering Events Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan and direct event operations
• Oversee all off-site banquet service operations
• Work closely with Event Planner to ensure flawless execution of the event
• Overseeing the event staff. Providing strong leadership skills for the event team
• Maintaining all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, and safe environment
• Assist with warehouse duties, delivering catering orders as needed

Catering Events Manager Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in Banquets, Food & Beverage
• Energetic, fast-paced, and assertive 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
• Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
• Thrive in ever-changing & fast-paced environments
