Medical Oncologist opening in NYLocated in ElmiraFull Time and Permanent PositionWe have an exciting opportunity for a full-time BC/BE Medical Oncologist (MD/DO) to join our growing team. Our dedicated specialists provide a comprehensive range of cancer treatments, palliative care, and supportive services. We pride ourselves on delivering timely and expert care, continually advancing cancer treatment in our community.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical care for patients with a focus on solid tumor oncology.Participate in a multidisciplinary tumor board conference.Lead and engage in clinical trials within your area of expertise.Work collaboratively within a multisite medical practice, with Radiation Oncology services available on-site.Mentor junior faculty transitioning from fellowship.Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, including 1-3 consultations.Maintain a balanced schedule with 4 clinic days and 1 administrative day, Monday through Friday, with weekend call (1/6).Practice Features:Access to state-of-the-art facilities, including a Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator with SBRT capabilities.On-site laboratory services to support patient care.Participation in a growing clinical trials program.Income Details / Benefits:Highly competitive salary ranging from $550,000 to $625,000.Generous PTO allowance.CME stipend to support ongoing education.Full malpractice insurance coverage.Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits.Retirement options including 401(k) and/or 403(b).Qualifications:Board certified/board eligible in Medical Oncology.Experience or strong interest in solid tumor oncology.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and advancing cancer treatment.
