PCU/SD RN – Day Shift (4x12) • Shift: 7:00a–7:30p | 48 hrs/week (OT after 48) • Experience: SD/PCU required (ICU does not count); CABG & valve post-op mandatory • Ratios: Target 1:4–6 (must show prior 1:5 in work history) • EMR: EPIC (required) • Certs/Skills: BLS, ACLS, NIH, IV start, EKG/tele, cardiac drip titration • Schedule: Every other weekend/holiday | First to float • Unit: Miami Valley Hospital – 36-bed cardiac unit (open heart, TAVR, thoracic) • Scrubs: Navy Blue | RTO: Submit with initial submittal only
