Technologist - Clinical Laboratory - Per Diem

Per diem role with flexible scheduling at a community-focused health system. Technologist – Clinical Laboratory, per diem; on-site in Florida; basic-complexity lab work; minimum 1 year experience; variable shifts; ongoing patient-centered care; at Memorial Healthcare System. Must have ≥1 year clinical lab experience, basic LIS knowledge, strong communication, critical thinking, ability to work independently and under stress.

Complexity of Work: Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation. Ability to effectively relate and communicate with internal and external customers. Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems. Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience required.
