About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52402!
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Cedar Rapids, IA as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate advanced CT equipment in an acute care setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 24 months of CT/Computed Tomography experience in a clinical or hospital setting (required)
- Active ARRT (CT) certification (required)
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC (required)
- Active Iowa radiology license (required). Non-licensed candidates may apply but must apply for IA license upon acceptance.
- Experience operating Toshiba Aquilion One 640-slice CT (required)
- Experience operating Siemens 128-slice Definition AS CT (required)
- Work history / resume detailing CT experience and skills checklist specific to CT discipline (required)
- Professional reference or performance evaluation from a charge/supervisor/manager within the last 24 months (preferred)
- Driver’s license (required)
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital
- Shift name: Nights
- Shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 1300 - 0130. No call.
- Duration: 13 week assignment
- Department environment: 24/7 ED with high night volume; stroke center accredited; use of RapidAI for ICH and brain perfusion exams
- EMR/PACS: EPIC, McKesson PACS, Clario
- Candidate must be willing to orient during the week preceding first scheduled shift
